FAQs

I’ve never done Yoga or Reformer Pilates before. Can beginners join?

Absolutely. Our classes are beginner friendly and designed to support women of all fitness and movement levels. We’ll guide you every step of the way.

What if I have tight joints, old injuries, or pain?

Many of our clients come to us feeling stiff, sore, or nervous about movement. We offer modifications and supportive guidance to help you move safely and confidently.

Will I need to be fit before starting?

Not at all. This experience is designed to help you start where you are. You do not need to “get fit first” before joining us.

What should I bring to class?

Just comfortable clothes, water, and yourself. 

What happens after I submit my details?

We’ll personally reach out to welcome you, answer any questions, and help you book your first class when you’re ready.
