Weekly Yoga Classes

Every Monday @ 9:30am
A gentle, mindful flow designed to improve mobility, balance, and overall wellbeing.

Every Friday Evening @ 7pm
A relaxing end-of-week practice to release tension and reset for the weekend.

Monthly Yin Yoga & Sound bath

A longer, slower practice focused on deep stretching, relaxation, and nervous system restoration.
