BOOKINGS & APP USE

All class bookings must be made via our booking app.

It is your responsibility to book, reschedule, and cancel your own classes using the app.

We do not accept walk-ins or manual bookings via phone or DM.
24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled class, the session will be deducted from your pass or membership.

No-shows will also forfeit the session.
We understand life happens — if there’s an emergency, please reach out directly.
​STUDIO ETIQUETTE

Please arrive on time and ready to move. Doors may be locked once class begins.

Mobile phones must be turned off or switched to silent during class to protect everyone’s focus and experience.

Be respectful to our instructors and fellow clients. We’re here to create a safe, uplifting space for all.
HEALTH & SAFETY

You are responsible for informing your instructor of any injuries, health conditions, or pregnancies prior to class.

All sessions require grip socks (available for purchase at the studio).

Classes are not suitable for anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
LIABILITY WAIVER

By participating in our classes, you accept the risks involved in physical exercise and agree to release Many Sands Pilates and its instructors from any liability for personal injury, loss, or damage, unless caused by proven negligence.
