it begins with a journey along the great ocean road together

scrumptious coastal views, salty breezes, rain forests + an abundance of wildlife
suitable for beginners

I will guide you through gentle restorative poses working on an energetic level to nourish, restore, revitalise + heal
this is a day of relaxation and calm – exactly what Mother’s need!

all guests will complete the day with a relaxed and rejuvenated + body mind
Where - Lorne along the Great Ocean road

the day will include a bus drive to Lorne with morning tea along the travels
​
a morning yoga practise
​
+ then a hike through the beautiful rainforests uncovering hidden waterfalls + secret treasures
stopping along the way with a relaxing + nutritious lunch - plant based (provided)

the day will begin @ 8am + conclude
@ 8pm
all generations are welcome from ages 14 onwards, and no previous yoga experience is necessary.
Sons and Mums are also welcome!

all mums will receive a beautiful gift bag to take home with them and will leave with a feeling of being loved and cared for after spending the day in nature

note: refunds will only be made 48 hrs prior to the yoga hike + not after the yoga hike
if weather is unfavorable you will be notified ASAP + offered an alternate date or full refund.
