After the chill of Winter, it’s time to bring your body (and spirit) back to life.
The Spring Bloom Pilates Challenge is your 4-week reset designed to help you:

Build strength and tone safely

Feel lighter, brighter, and more energised

Reconnect with your body, breath, and community
This isn’t about punishment or perfection. It’s about moving with purpose, finding your flow, and celebrating progress in a supportive, boutique studio environment.
How It Works
Duration: 4 weeks 29th September - 31st October 2025
Choose Your Path:
🌸 Petal Plan: 2 Reformer classes per week
🌼 Bloom Plan: 3+ Reformer classes per week
Where: Many Sands Pilates, Brookfield
Who: Women who want to reset, rebuild, and bloom this Spring
(beginners welcome!)
Each week you’ll:
✔️ Attend your chosen number of classes
✔️ Learn new movement skills + safe progressions
✔️ Track your journey on our studio board
✔️ Feel the shift in strength, posture, and energy
