The Sunset Yoga Hike with Cheese & Wine
This is an invitation to leave the working week behind and move into the weekend revitalized, refreshed, and completely stress-free. Maybe a little inspired and creative!
Get up close and personal to the You Yang's distinctive granite peaks that rise from the flat volcanic plains between Melbourne and Geelong.
Practice yoga on the sacred grounds of the You Yangs where the Wadawurrung People once roamed. Learn the history and be bedazzled by the Sunset.
Catch a peak at the wildlife including the Brown Hawk, kangaroos, wallabies, and maybe an echidna.
Hike to the small mountain to catch the views of Melbourne & Geelong and finish the evening with a glass of wine and some cheese and crackers under the stars.
Stay a few minutes longer to indulge in a sound bath under the stars.

Trip Inclusions and Itenirary
- a gentle yoga practice for beginners through to a yogi who practices regularly.
- a slow hike to the top of the mountain to see the views (approximately 3.2 kms).
- witness a stunning sunset over Melbourne and Geelong.
- a gentle sound bath and mini meditation.
- a glass of wine and cheese and crackers under the stars.
